Lead Management Software Provider ARI Signs Reseller Pact with Exuma

Lead management software provider ARI Network Services (News - Alert) revealed it has signed a reseller agreement with Exuma Technologies, a provider of RV and Marine software.

ARI Network Services delivers a variety of services including eCommerce-enabled websites, lead management services, search engine marketing, and electronic catalogs in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) delivery model. The company serves several vertical markets with a focus on the outdoor power, marine, RV, and appliance segments.

Under the terms of the agreement, Exuma Technologies will resell ARI’s FootSteps Essentials and Professional to its current and future customers in the Marine and RV Industries. FootSteps is an award-winning lead management tool from ARI Network Services.

FootSteps Essentials helps dealers automate a consistent lead nurturing and communication strategy efficiently managing the sales process, and converting more opportunities into sales. FootSteps Professional is an advanced version designed to meet the needs of dealers with support the more expansive needs of dealers with multiple locations, many users, and multiple user roles.

Exuma Technologies provides solutions to RV dealers and marine businesses. These solutions enable them to quickly access and manage accurate and complete information across all departments, streamline operations and increase profits.

"Delivering integrated solutions through alliances like this will help dealers efficiently and cost-effectively grow their businesses," said Jon Lintvet, chief marketing officer and vice president of products at ARI, in a statement.

Both Exuma  and ARI have been partners for a long time. According to Lintvet, the agreement marks a new chapter in the association between the two. With this partnership, the companies hope to add more than 200 new subscriptions and 600 users to FootSteps.

RVMaster from Exuma allows RV dealers and RV dealerships to integrate RV sales prospecting, accounting, administration, RV parts and inventory management, and the like. DockMaster, on the other hand, is designed to maximize RV business processes, sales, service and parts inventory control, slip rental management, customer relationship management and dealer profitability.

"Our goal is to provide the best solution for Marine and RV businesses to automate and integrate all aspects of their operations – service, parts, inventory, sales, fixed operations and accounting," said Cam Collins, president of Exuma Technologies, in a statement. "Our decision to enter into an alliance with ARI was simple. We have the same goal:  help make our dealers even more successful.”
